Booking Terms

These Booking Terms ("Terms") apply to all bookings made through Waypoint Expeditions ("we," "our," or "us") via www.waypoint-expeditions.com or any other communication channel. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are only confirmed once full payment or a specified deposit is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with itinerary details upon successful booking.

  • Please verify all details and notify us within 24 hours of any discrepancies.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made using accepted methods: [Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.].

  • A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings.

  • Full payment is typically required 60 days prior to departure.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by service provider (e.g., hotels, airlines).

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

5. Amendments

  • Changes to bookings may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

  • Amendment requests must be made in writing to travel@waypoint-expeditions.com.

6. Travel Documents

  • You are responsible for securing all necessary documents, including:

    • Valid passport

    • Travel visas

    • Vaccination records (if applicable)

7. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

  • We are not liable for costs due to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.

8. Special Requests

  • We do our best to accommodate dietary needs, disability access, or other requests.

  • Such requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
