Arrive in Athens and meet your tour guide. Board bus and head into the heart of the world’s oldest democracy to begin your Biblical Greece Expedition. Take in the sights and sounds as you enjoy your first foray into Greek culture and cuisine.

Day 1 | Athens

Travel west across the Isthmus of Corinth. Behold the marvel that is the ancient city of Corinth. Walk the agora, bear witness to the bema where Paul defended his Gospel journey, and encounter archeological evidence that proves the validity of New Testament writings.

Day 2 | Corinth

Spend the day in Athens exploring the famous agora and the Acropolis. Stand on Mars Hill where Paul debated with the philosophers and thinkers about the one true God.

Day 3 | Birth of Democracy

Travel north from Athens through the winding Greek mountains as you adventure to Delphi, the center of all pagan worship in the ancient world. Learn about warring against powers and principalities to stand firm in your faith in times of trouble.

Day 4 | Oracle of Delphi

Continue north to Meteora to tour the great cliffside monasteries. Reflect on the martyrs of our faith and your own commitment to God. Reflect deeply as you wonder at the sweeping views that attracts generations and generations of monks and pilgrims.

Day 5 | MONASTERIES in the clouds

Enjoy the spirited city of Thessaloniki as you relish the harbor breeze and enjoy the best of Greek deserts, Trigona Panoramatos, a must have when visiting the city. Tour the ancient sites while ingesting the Scripture messages Paul shared with the church of Thessalonica.

Day 6 | Thessaloniki

Take some time to relax and enjoy a sail and beach time at Thassos. Reflect in quiet devotion on the expedition thus far and what God is calling you toward.

Day 7 | Kvala & Thassos

Visit the Baptistry of St. Lydia, the first Gentile in the Biblical record to be baptized. Explore the excavation of ancient Philippi where Paul cast a demon from a young girl. Learn the deep history of the Western World as you continue to follow Paul’s missionary journey.

Day 8 | Philippi

Spend your last tour day traveling the coast to take in Mount Olympus and the Battlefield at Thermopylae as you make your way back to Athens. Enjoy a final meal before departing back to the United States.
